SDM Karnah visits village Jadda; assesses heavy rainfall situation KUPWARA, APRIL 18: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Karnah, Zaffar Ahmad Lone today took an extensive tour of village Jadda to assess the situation after incessant heavy rainfall in the border sub-division. During the visit, SDM interacted with the locals of the village Jadda who put forth their developmental issues. He heard them patiently and assured of all possible support from the administration. Later, the SDM inspected the local school of Jadda and interacted with students and teachers.
