Constable recruitment Exam: Training
imparted to Supervisory Staff at Kishtwar
KISHTWAR, NOVEMBER
20: To ensure the smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB exam for the recruitment
of constables in three different categories, the District Administration Kishtwar,
under the leadership of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Pawan Kotwal, on
Wednesday organized a training program for the supervisory staff. The program
was held in collaboration with district coordinators of JKSSB in the Conference
Hall, DC Office Complex.
District
Coordinator JKSSB, Pritam Lal Thapa (Member, JKSSB), gave comprehensive
instructions to participating invigilators (teachers), along with Centre
Superintendents (CS), Exam Coordinators (EC), and observers.
He detailed their
roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the
OMR-based objective-type written exam, scheduled on December 1, December 8, and
December 22, at 19, 12 and 10 identified centers in the district, respectively.
Speaking at the
event, ADC Kishtwar emphasized the importance of synchronization and strict
adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure the transparent and efficient
administration of the examination at all centers.
A total of 5,873
aspirants will appear at 19 examination centers on December 1, 4,558 at 12
centers on December 8, and 3,768 at 10 centers on December 22.
It was also
informed that, in addition to Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and
Supervisors, invigilators will be deployed at a ratio of one invigilator for
every 24 students.
Moreover,
Magistrates will be appointed at all examination centers to oversee the smooth
conduct of the exams: 19 centers on December 1, 12 centers on December 8, and
10 centers on December 22.
The training
program was attended by SDM Chatroo Nayeem Ul Mughal, DSWO Kishtwar Zubair
Ahmed, BDO Kishtwar, and other concerned officials.
